Having problems with the stream? See the FAQ

1) After the commercial, I am not forwarded.
This may be a firewall issue or related to security
settings. Free access is not available from your computer at this time.
2) What is the minimum version of Windows Media
Player I can have?
ZeroKlix is compatible with WMP 6.4+, but we
stream with WMP9 codec, which lowers buffering time and increases audio
quality.
3) Do I have to use Microsoft Internet Explorer
on a PC?
No! ZeroKlix is now also compatible with Firefox
and Safari on Apple.
4) What if I use software to block ads?
You will need to set permissions to allow ads
and pop-ups from our site. Otherwise, you will not get free access.
5) What if I use the windows taskbar vertically?
Do not use the windows taskbar vertically on
the left hand side of the screen. This causes the ad to shift. Use at the
bottom horizontally.
6) What if I stream something else simultaneously,
like a data feed?
The other live stream can cause a conflict and
terminate the new feed. To transverse from the gateway commercial to content,
pause the other streaming service.
